Jillian Cox (Lureen) a native Texan, is thrilled to be returning to High Hair! Ms. Cox has been seen all over San Antonio in such roles as Franca in The Light in the Piazza, Aldonza in Man of La Mancha, Meg Brockie in Brigadoon, Carrie Pipperidge in Carousel, and Nellie Forbush in South Pacific. Other credits include Patience, A Christmas Carol: The Musical, Beehive, Married Alive, Forbidden Broadway, The Magic Flute, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, and Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. Ms. Cox has performed internationally both as an actor and as a concert soloist. Ms. Cox is the recipient of four Alamo Theatre Arts Council Globe Awards for excellence in acting, one of which she received for her work in High Hair and Jalapenos!

Michael J. Gonzalez (Jorge) reprises the role that won him an A.T.A.C. Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor as Jorge in High Hair & Jalapeños! He has studied music and performed in a variety of venues throughout Texas. Michael J was last seen twinkling his toes in A Chorus Line (AL Deluca) at San Pedro Playhouse. Other starring roles include the sexy Juan in "Altar Boyz," Victor/Victoria (Sal Andretti/Ensemble) ZOMBIE PROM! (Jonny Warner), Once Upon A Mattress (Sir Harry), Aida (Ensemble).

Matt Goodson (Big Ed, The Texas Ranger) is an accomplished conductor, pianist and singer, and has been involved in more than 20 San Antonio theater productions, including Forbidden Broadway, West Side Story and The Fantasticks. In addition to leading roles in Chicago, Company, Oklahoma! and Carousel, he has conducted many of the musical classics: The King and I, Annie Get Your Gun, How To Succeed and My Fair Lady. Matt studied voice and organ at Texas Lutheran University and The University of Texas at San Antonio, and is a Colleague of the American Guild of Organists. His current real-life role is minister of music and organist at Abiding Presence Lutheran Church.

Becky King (Corrine and additional choreography) Becky King is a full time Actor, Director and Choreographer for The Magik Theatre. She has performed in numerous musical productions across the U.S. and Canada. Some credits include: Peggy Sawyer in 42nd Street, Sandy in Grease, Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, Kathy Selden in Singin' In the Rain, Pickles in The Great American Trailer Park Musical, Woman two in I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change, Jean in the national tour of Barney's Let's Go - Live Show, Ariel in The Voyage of The Little Mermaid and Claire in The Hoop Dee Doo Review at Walt Disney World. Becky is a five time ATAC Globe Award winner and a voice-over artist for children's television programs: The Adventures of Zobey and AmeriQuest Kids.

Josh Harris (Lil’ Roy) is ecstatic to join the HHJ Family, fresh off of his double duties as the Proprietor in the Sheldon Vexler Theatre’s Assassins and director of the Woodlawn Theatre’s Miss Saigon. Over the past 20 years, Josh has appeared in and directed numerous productions throughout Texas, California, the Washington, D.C. area, and Hawaii. Some favorite theatre experiences include portraying Che in Evita; Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, Wilbur Turnblad in Hairspray, Ironworker Mike Dillard in Working, Oliver Warbucks in Annie (twice), and Jon in Tick…Tick…BOOM!. Josh holds a unique distinction as the only director to stage a musical in the modern combat zone (Jason Robert Brown’s Songs for a New World in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Kate Miller is a Junior at Texas Lutheran University majoring in Communications. She has performed in many venues in her hometown of New Braunfels, Texas where she began her training at age 3 and now teaches dance at Stone Oak Youth Theatre in San Antonio. Kate's favorite performances have been "Brigadoon" (Jean),"Zombie Prom" (Toffee),"The Sound of Music" (Liesl), "Psycho Beach Party" (Marvel Ann),"Beehive" the 60's Musical and a "A Chorus Line" (Val).
