The Creative Team

Executive producer Gloria “GL” Liu received the 2008 “Living Legend Award” from the San Antonio Theatre Coalition. She received a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. Her career in the performing arts spans many decades and productions. Liu has served as a producer, director, stage/production manager, choreographer and, as she loves to say, the “oldest living chorus girl.” Among her favorites have been “Dames At Sea,” “42nd Street,” “No, No Nanette” and “Chicago.”
GL has worked on many of the stages in San Antonio. She also has been the director of the San Antonio Professional Journalist’s annual “Gridiron” show for 20 years, choreographer for the Association of Corporate Counsel’s “Ethics Follies.” GL is the proud recipient the 2005 Jasmina Wellinghoff Award for special contributions to the theatre and the 2008 San Antonio Living Legends Award.
